The Indian Society today, with respect to women hasn't changed much on the ground. Even though the standard of women's live has significantly improved economically and even say, socially to some extent in metro cities, `small town women shall get little sympathy or support rather than being subject to the judgemental eyes of the society which considers working women who return late at night to be labelled as 'characterless' and ' loose'. Eve-teasing and workplace harassmentstill prevail in undertones and police apathy and indifference towards even registering FIRs is a shameful blot on a nation which worships women as goddesses.
Even when women are educated, working professionals but the freedom to make major life choices is still frowned upon. In addition to this, there is the existence of a gross unawareness of the extensive rights and remedies available to the women in the society. Niyati Welfare seeks to change that,providing practical advice, legal and otherwise to women in need and to make everyone aware enough to utilise the justice system of the nation.India is still not developed country.
. So obviously women are more prone to all sort of discrimination, violence, inequality. Niyati welfare seeks to address this through its online support. Niyati Welfare will be repository of all legal legislation and rules that intends to protect them. We will help them, in navigating the legal waters by simplifying law.
